The Spread of Nuclear Radiation Far Japan

Efforts to use water cannons to cool the reactor failed.
Japan's Ministry of Science stated level of radiation due to damage to Nuclear Power Plant (NPP), Daiichi in Fukusima detected about 30 miles northwest of the plant.

As reported by NHK World page, so far the Japanese government has instructed the residents who live within a radius of 20 to 30 kilometers from the location of the Japanese nuclear power plant to stay indoors.

Japan's Ministry of Science succeeded in measuring the rate on Thursday at 28 sites, in an area with a radius of 20 to 60 kilometers from the factory. As a result, the level of radiation varies from 0.0183 to 0.0011 millisieverts / MSV (Level Radiation Units) per hour in most of the points of observation.

Japanese police failed to use water cannons to cool the reactor No. 3 at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant damaged in the quake.

Operations that use this helicopter, can not afford the high pressure water spray to the point of nuclear reactors spot, the police are now evacuated to safe zones.(vivanews)
